Project Description

This monument sign for Penfield Country Club features a corten steel sign panel that is laser engraved and halo lit with LEDs. Behind the panel we created a custom LED channel that will funnel light into the center of the sign and make those letters stand out. After painting the concrete monument their new dark blue, we installed the steel panel using large lags to anchor into the concrete. At night this sign is truly a sight to see, with the light focused on the lettering, and against the dark monument the letters will POP. This sign is located right at the entrance to the course, and is the first thing members see as they enter. Over time, this corten steel panel is designed to rust and give a beautiful rusted color which will match even better with the dark blue monument.
