These door identification signs for the Greece Transportation Facility match our previous work at the Fairport Bus Garage. There are letters that correspond to each man door and numbers that go above each bus garage door. The main purpose of these signs is to assist the fire department in the emergency case that there is a fire, the doors are easily called out so they can pinpoint the area quickly. We mounted the dimensional letters onto painted dibond panels, and then stud mounted to the exterior of the building. Using a backer plate allows the mounting process to go much smoother and avoids any potential problems with the corrugated siding.
